Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Prices include shipping to the USA; for other countries, please email us for a shipping quote. All orders are shipped discretely, most by USPS Priority Mail.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards through PayPal and money orders. Please email us if you wish to pay by money order.

How long does delivery take?

Can I request custom work?
Absolutely. If you do not see what you desire, email us with your specifications and we will do custom work to your wishes.
What can I customize?
Length, thickness, handle wrapping and finish can all be tailored to your preferences. Describe what you have in mind and we'll take it from there.

How should I care for my cane?
Store it flat in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, clean it with a soft damp cloth, and re-condition occasionally with boiled linseed oil. See the Cane Care Guide for details.
